Fortnite Tracker Launches Real-Time AI Coach for Chapter 7
Tracker Network has released a real-time AI ‘Live Coach’ tool to help Fortnite players analyze their mistakes and adjust during Chapter 7 matches.
Dropping into Fortnite Chapter 7 just got a lot more analytical. Tracker Network, the team behind the widely used Fortnite Tracker database, has officially launched a new tool called Live Coach. This AI-powered assistant runs in real time. It watches your gameplay, tracks your habits, and tells you exactly where you messed up.
How the AI Coach Works
The competitive scene in Fortnite is unforgiving. A single misaligned wall or a poorly timed rotation can ruin a twenty-minute match in a fraction of a second. While post-game replay mode has always been an option, few players actually want to spend hours analyzing their own footage. That is the gap Tracker Network wants to bridge.
The Live Coach operates directly through the platform’s desktop overlay app. As you play through Chapter 7’s fresh map, the AI quietly processes your telemetry data. It looks at several key metrics:
- Your loadout choices and weapon synergy.
- Positioning relative to the storm and high ground.
- How you engage during build fights and box fights.
- Aim accuracy and shot selection.
“We wanted to build something that feels like having a professional coach sitting right next to you,” says Stefan Bozek, a lead product strategist involved in the launch. “Players often don’t realize they are repeating the same bad habits. Maybe they always peek from the left, or maybe they panic-build when they don’t need to. The AI spots those patterns instantly.”
Staying Within the Rules
This is not about giving players an unfair advantage during a gunfight. Epic Games has incredibly strict rules against software that tampers with gameplay or provides active cheats. Tracker Network built the Live Coach specifically to comply with these safety guidelines.

The tool does not show you where enemies are hiding through walls. It does not aim for you. Instead, it acts as an immediate post-match debriefing system and provides subtle, passive hints during quiet moments in a match. It is a backseat driver, not an autopilot.
For example, if you consistently carry too many shield potions and not enough white health, the coach will suggest a change. If you die because you failed to take high ground during a moving zone, the app highlights that exact moment on your timeline. It gives you concrete advice on what to do next time. It is fast, automated, and painless.
Adapting to Chapter 7
Chapter 7 has introduced massive changes to the game’s movement mechanics, verticality, and weapon pool. Adapting to these changes is usually a trial-by-fire process. With the new AI tool, the learning curve might flatten out a bit.
Early testers have noted that the real-time element is surprisingly lightweight. It does not cause frame drops. That is a crucial factor for competitive players who demand maximum frames per second. Some streamers are already using the tool to entertain their audiences, laughing at how bluntly the AI points out their terrible shotgun aim.
Currently, the Live Coach is available to PC players using the official Tracker Network desktop application. A basic version of the AI analysis is free for all users. However, those looking for deep-dive frame analysis and personalized training regimens can upgrade to a premium subscription tier.
Whether this tool will actually help hard-stuck Platinum players reach Unreal rank remains to be seen. But in a game where the meta changes every few weeks, having an automated eye on your mistakes certainly cannot hurt. It might just save you from throwing your next tournament match.
